Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

– Water damage of any kind.
– Flooding.
– Hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, hail, windstorms, earthquakes, wildfires, or other natural disasters.
– Acts of God.
– Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
– Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
– Corrosion caused by chemicals, saltwater exposure, or environmental conditions.
– Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage.
– Damage caused by vehicles, livestock, equipment, or falling objects.
– Normal wear and tear.
– Any use contrary to TFS Hog Traps LLC instructions or recommendations. 

Hog Damage Coverage

TFS Hog Traps LLC specifically warrants that trap panels, gates, latches, and welded structural components are designed to withstand normal wild hog trapping activities. Damage resulting from normal interaction with trapped wild hogs is covered under this warranty during the applicable warranty period.

Coverage for hog-related damage does not apply if the product has been modified, improperly installed, overloaded, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

– Proof of purchase.
– Photographs of the damaged product.
– A written description of the issue.
– Any additional information requested by TFS Hog Traps LLC.

TFS Hog Traps LLC reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, TFS Hog Traps LLC may, at its sole discretion:

– Repair the defective product;
– Replace the defective product or component; or
– Provide a replacement component of equal value.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

TFS Hog Traps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, loss of livestock, property damage, personal injury or death, or labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation of any product.
